We stayed at Hotel Granton and had a really pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff and reception team were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful, which made our stay even better. Special mention to Ganesh for being especially kind, supportive, and attentive — he truly made us feel welcome. One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide basic amenities like an iron and a blow dryer, which would make the stay even more convenient for guests. We visited Hyderabad for my son’s check-up at Rainbow Children’s Hospital, Banjara Hills, and for my eye check-up at L V Prasad Eye Institute. We stayed at Hotel Granton for nine days, and it was a wonderful experience throughout our stay. The hotel truly felt like home. All the staff members were very helpful, courteous, and cooperative. Both hospitals are located very close to the hotel and can be reached within five minutes by auto, which was extremely convenient for us. The hotel is situated in a peaceful and calm area, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Most of the major tourist and visiting places in Hyderabad are also easily accessible from this location. My four-year-old son enjoyed the stay very much, especially the peaceful environment and the rooftop access. Overall, we had a great experience at Hotel Granton. I sincerely thank all the staff members and management of Hotel Granton for their excellent hospitality. ~ sandipan n
A new hotel, small rooms but nicely done . Exactly what you need. Loved that they provided premium tissue paper in rooms . Mattress was perfect , staff was polite . They have small parking area in ground floor, located in good area. Jagannath recommend niloufer cafe is nearby . Overall loved it . Stayed here for 3 days . But they have limited food options . Didn’t have any food here . ~ Purnima P
